With a flick you have stirred my soul
anticipation wells down deep
reaching out with both hands
clutching you in close
inhaling with the deepest breath
savouring your scent
your richness amazes me
balanced in one so sweet
I close my eyes as you tease my lips
with a gentle caress
I have waited much too long
for you to reawaken the essence of me
I shall pause within this moment
before I drink it up
for I alone cannot live without you….
my morning cup of coffee!
